Terms of Use
Effective: November 5, 2026
By using FeeNook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
FeeNook provides free, independent calculators and guides that estimate platform fees. The results are estimates based on published fee rules and the inputs you provide. They are not a quote, invoice, or guarantee from eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or any other platform.
No professional advice
The content is general information for sellers. It is not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying fees, taxes, and compliance with the platforms you use and with the laws that apply to you.
Accuracy and changes
Fee rules change frequently. We review the tables on a schedule, but we cannot guarantee that every rate, cap, category exception, or promotion is current or complete. Always confirm the rate in your seller dashboard before pricing a listing. If you find an error, please report it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to break the law or a platform’s terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site in a way that harms other users.
- Do not present our estimates as an official platform quote.
- Do not remove attribution if you embed or quote a calculator result.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, and calculator code are owned by FeeNook unless otherwise noted. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution; do not republish the calculators or guides wholesale without permission.
Third-party links
The site links to platform fee pages and seller tools. Some links may be affiliate links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match your actual fees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeNook and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or reliance on an estimate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
